Since 2015 Wiebke Doerfler is the Managing Director of the Bavarian-Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation (BayIND). BayIND has been set up by the Bavarian Ministry of Science and the Arts to coordinate the university cooperation between Bavaria and India. Mrs Doerfler has over eight years of experience in working with education institutions in both regions. With her background in education science, her goal is to create access to education and unique experiences of exchange in the Indo-German context.

Shiv is Professor and Dean (Training) at IIHMR University, India. He also leads Humanistic Management Network India Chapter. During more than last 23 years of his experience, he has served a number of organizations and institutions globally. Widely published and cited, Shiv has passion about driving sustainability through transparency, ethics and education. Strategy, Leadership and Higher Education Management remains his special areas of interest. Shiv is Fellow of One Planet Education Network (OPEN) and member of UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Working Groups.
